Camping garden The camping area field is slowly being turned into camping garden where, instead of the usual communal theme associated with a typical campsite, each of the two exclusive pitches offer far more privacy and seclusion while still retains many of the facilities of larger, more formal sites. You are welcome to use the pool and all other facilities on site during your stay.

Posh Camping If you love camping without having to set up camp! We have two permanently sited family tents available. These are complete with beds, bedding, towels, carpets, a gas fueled kitchen/cooking area with all the hardware you need, electric fridge freezer, outdoor seating and table. The tents are breathable cotton canvas so are warmer and quieter in the evening, but cooler during the day. They also sit on wooden decking platforms so are perfectly level. All you need to bring with you is clothing, toiletries, food and wine.

Two Person Bell Tent

​

The first tent is a bell tent (5m x 5m x 3m) which sits on a 6m x 8m deck. With a large fixed double bed with fly net, Bedside draws, a wood fired stove and two comfy camping chairs, you have all you need for a cozy night. The tent entrance, with its additional sun shade, also has a fly-screen, two fixed windows, and four low-level windows with fly-screens. 

The second tent is a tunnel tent (5m x 5m x 3m) and has a fixed double bed plus 2 fixed singles. This tent has a covered porch at the main entrance, 2 optional side doors with windows and fly-screens, and 2 further windows with fly-screens.

Four Person Tree-house Safari tent

To be completed during the spring/summer of 2019, this large cotton tunnel tent comes with two entrance doors, one with sun shade, large windows and fly screens. Bedroom 1 room has a fixed double bed with side tables. Bedroom 2 has fixed bunk beds. The sitting room area has seating for four plus a coffee table and a wood burning stove. As the name suggests, this tent is up in the canopy. The tent sits on a large 6m x 8m deck which stands around 4m up in the tree canopy giving views into the adjacent woodland and valley.

Cooking, Electricity & Water:  Each of the tents has its own, private, cooking area with water, gas and electricity supplies included in your booking.

Camp Fires: Camp fires are allowed but you MUST use the fire pits provided. This is to prevent damage to grass and also reduce the risk of grass/wild fires. We supply a bucket that YOU will need to fill with water and keep within reach of your campfire. In France there a severe penalties for anyone found to be responsible for starting a wildfire. We have well seasoned logs for sale at 15 euros per wheelbarrow full (enough to keep your tent warm or campfires blazing for 2 or 3 days) we also have kindling, firelighters, matches and BBQ Charcoal. for sale

Toilets: New toilet and shower facilities are being built during 2018 for sole use of our tent guests. While this work is being completed, you have access to the existing toilet and shower facilities found by the swimming pool and just a 30 second walk from your tent.
