This former barn has been completely renovated from the ground up to provide a traditional yet modern home from home. You enter into the lounge where you find comfortable seating for 5, satellite TV with DVD and a Wii console, wood burner and french doors leading to the private and secluded, courtyard garden. Passing the staircase you enter the kitchen and dining area, and cloakroom. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to be self sufficient and the dining table has an overhead fan to keep you cool on those warm summer days. The private garden has seating for 4 plus 2 reclining loungers, a BBQ and optional use hot tub. The courtyard also has a large sun sail to keep you cool. Back in the cottage; the staircase divides into two, with each one leading to a double bedroom with built in wardrobe, side tables etc. Each bathroom has separate shower and a full size bath with large roof window above so you can watch the stars as you relax with a glass of wine.

Bedroom 1 has double bed and optional travel cot with mattress (please bring your own cot bedding). Bedroom 2 has three single beds.

The cottage is kitted out with everything you need to enjoy your time here including bedding and towels. Short term let price (up to 2 weeks) is inclusive of Gas and Electricity. Medium and long term lets are available at reduced rates; gas, electricity and firewood (should you want it) are charged on a usage basis at local rates.

The cottage has been freshly decorated for 2018.

There is a minimum booking period of 4nights: check-in time is 15:00 on the day of your arrival; and we ask that you check out of the cottage by 11:00 on departure day to allow preparation for our next guests.
